These programs offer unique opportunities to dive into a particular nutrition topic & create a plan to tackle your unique goals; one designed to fit your busy, sometimes messy, REAL life. And the best part? You don't need to go at it alone.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

VIBE CHECK!

When you apply for one of our group mentorships or masterclasses, our Head Coach will reach out to you to schedule a ‘vibe check’ call. During this call, we’ll touch base to see if the program is a good fit for you before you invest. On that call, we’ll chat about your goals, journey and what we can do to make this mentorship meaningful for you.

THE PROGRAM

It's go time! Our program will kick off with live, online learning sessions alongside friends from our Rebel community. Throughout our time together, we'll break down nutrition science and figure out how it applies to you. We'll do it all in a supportive, small group space where we can build community, learn from others’ experiences & have some good laughs along the way.

YOUR NUTRITION PLAN

We KNOW that pre-made nutrition plans don’t work. We’ve all tried ‘em, and they’ve all failed. And while the Diet Industry wants you to believe that’s about your effort, we believe that’s because the plan wasn’t designed with your life in mind. No matter the nutrition topic, we'll work to make sure you leave the program with confidence in how it applies to your life & the tools to take action on your own from there.

HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL GET

1:1 COACHING CALL

Our adventure starts with a coaching call to talk through your current nutrition profile and goals for the program. We’ll discuss your food preferences and patterns, lifestyle needs and the challenges you’ve faced on your journey to personalize the mentorship to your needs.

GROUP COACHING SESSIONS

During the program, we’ll move through our group learning sessions where we’ll cover the topics you need to know to understand nutrition & how the program applies to you - now and over the long term.  Each session will have room for questions, personalised coaching feedback & some good laughs, too.
