When you apply for The Rebel Method, our Head Coach will reach out to you to schedule a ‘vibe check’ call. During this call, we’ll touch base to see if the program is a good fit for you before you invest. On that call, we’ll chat about your goals, journey and what we can do to make this mentorship meaningful for you. Don’t worry - there is no pressure to sign up on the spot! After the call, you’re welcome to let us know how you’d like to go forward.
If you decide to join, you’ll start our 8-week, small group program with live, online learning sessions every week. We’ll move through the process of designing our individual nutrition plans in a supportive, small group space where we can build community and grow from others’ experiences. Together, we’ll tackle the challenges, celebrate the wins and have some good laughs along the way.
We KNOW that pre-made nutrition plans don’t work. We’ve all tried ‘em, and they’ve all failed. And while the Diet Industry wants you to believe that’s about your effort, we believe that’s because the plan wasn’t designed with your life in mind. After covering topics around nutrition, habit building and mindset, alongside life’s daily challenges, you’ll leave the program having designed your own nutrition plan (one that really fits!) & the tools to take action on your own from there!
Our adventure starts with a coaching call to talk through your current nutrition profile and goals for the program. We’ll discuss your food preferences and patterns, lifestyle needs and the challenges you’ve faced on your journey to personalize the mentorship to your needs.
During the program, we’ll move through 8 weekly group learning sessions where we’ll cover topics like the foundations of nutrition, habit building, tracking biofeedback and your mindset around food. The program also comes with (optional) weekly at-home learning modules for those who want a deeper dive.
During the program, you’ll have full access to Rebel’s coaching platform which includes habit & biofeedback tracking software, a full resource library and (optional) weekly check-ins with your coach.
In the portal, you’ll also get access to direct messaging with your coach via text, video or voice. That way, we can tackle any questions you have as they come up. We’ll make sure you get what you need to thrive!
