Thriving toward those goals is tough to do while you’re feeling totally overwhelmed by nutrition. As a 1:1 client, you’ll work directly with your coach to break down the science of nutrition and build up the habits that carry you to your goal once and for all. Together, you'll build a personalised plan that works for YOU.

LET’S GET GOING

We’ll start our coaching adventure with an assessment that accounts for every aspect of your health, performance and nutrition goals. We’ll discuss your food preferences and patterns, lifestyle needs and the challenges you’ve faced in creating the life you want. All of this information feeds into your personalised nutrition trajectory.

Action time, baby

Next up, we’ll have our kickstart call. There, we’ll go over the plan ahead, set some clear goals and nail down the metrics we’ll use to make sure you’re moving towards them. From there, we’re ready to roll! As we move forward, we'll break down your plan into daily habits and create systems that work - I mean REALLY work - to integrate them into your (real!) life.

Assess, adapt & thrive

Throughout our coaching, we'll use strategic check-in points - think daily, weekly, and/or monthly check-in points - to assess how you're feeling, review your progress and troubleshoot any road bumps we encounter along the way. You can expect the feedback, support and accountability you need to nail down what is working, adjust what isn’t and maximise your success.

Access to our coaching platform with a full resource library, learning modules and direct messaging with your coach by voice, video or text message to ensure you have all the support you need.
