HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

SCHEDULE YOUR SESSION

When you apply for The Rebel Roadmap, your coach will reach out to you to answer any questions you have and book your coaching call.

COMPLETE YOUR INTAKE FORM

To get a sense of your goals, lifestyle and nutrition journey so far, your coach will send you an intake questionnaire to submit before your session so you’re on the same page right off the bat.

TALK TO YOUR COACH

Make a coffee and get comfy! You’ll have 30 minutes of face-to-face strategizing with your coach during your coaching call to ask your questions & co-create an action plan together.

GET YOUR TAKE-HOME GUIDE

Within 48 hours of your call, your coach will send you a take-home guide that summarizes your conversation, provides guidance on making sustainable changes to reach your goals and links you to any additional information or resources that might be helpful on your journey.
