The Rebel Roadmap is a personalised nutrition plan for people who have a sense of where they want to go but could use some help removing the guesswork about how to get there. Your Roadmap is a take-home guide including a full nutritional evaluation and a goal-focused plan of action to put you on your path to nutrition success.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

When you apply for The Rebel Roadmap, your coach will reach out to you to check in about the program and answer any questions you have. If you’re ready to get going right away, they’ll also send you the documents you need to get started. After chatting with your coach and submitting your onboarding questionnaire and nutrition information, your coach will get to work developing your plan.

YOUR ROADMAP

We know nutrition can feel totally overwhelming, and your Roadmap is here to clear things up so you can start moving towards those goals! You’ll receive a take-home guide with a built-for-you nutrition strategy, based on your goals, your preferences and your *real* life (so it actually sticks without making you miserable). Step by step, your Roadmap will lay out the plan ahead with progressive, habit-building steps that will take you to your goals AND keep you there over the long term.

1:1 COACHING

It’s more than just a plan! Your Roadmap will be paired with a coaching session(s) to leave you with a strong, foundational knowledge of nutrition and WHY the strategies in your plan fit your lifestyle and goals. Combined with the tools you need to put it into action, you’ll be empowered to tackle your nutrition goals head-on in a way that fits your lifestyle instead of fighting against it.

THE ASSESSMENT

You’ll receive a full evaluation and in-depth assessment of your current nutritional profile, health and lifestyle factors, and how they support your nutrition journey based on your specific goals.

YOUR ROADMAP

A customised, step-by-step guide that highlights your nutrition strategy and goal-specific targets broken down into clear, easy-to-implement daily tasks. You’ll also receive personalised measurement tools and a ton of tips and tricks to help keep you on track.

PERSONALISED COACHING

You’ll receive 1 or 3 coaching session(s) with your Roadmap to build on your plan with additional 1:1 guidance on tackling challenges, detail all you need to get going and answer any lingering nutrition questions you might have.

RESOURCES & TOOLS

Your coach will also deliver customised nutrition and lifestyle resources and education modules curated based on your individual needs. With all these tools at your fingertips, you’ll be ready to go!
